booking & deposits


  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit is applied directly toward your total balance, with the remaining amount due on the day of your session.

Rescheduling & cancellation

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations result in forfeiture of your retainer.



Travel & Studio feed

  • Travel outside of Raleigh/Durham may incur additional fees.
  • Studio rental costs are included in packages that list studio access.

Late arrivals

  • Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce your session length.
  • If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, your session may be considered a no-show.

Photo delivery

  • Final images are delivered via an online gallery.
  • Galleries remain active for 30 days; clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images.
  • A $50 fee applies for re-activating expired galleries.


model release

  • By booking, clients grant permission for images to be used in the photographer’s portfolio, website, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


OUTFIT & STYLING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Clients are responsible for bringing their own outfits and props unless otherwise noted.
  • Time spent changing outfits is included in the session duration.


liability

  • The photographer is not liable for compromised coverage due to causes beyond control (lateness, restrictions at venue, interference from guests, etc.).
  • Liability is limited to the return of payments received in the rare event the photographer cannot fulfill the session.


weather

  • Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in case of severe weather.
  • Overcast conditions are not valid reasons for cancellation unless unsafe.


refunds

  • No refunds are given after services have been completed and delivered.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the photographer fails to perform the service due to illness, emergency, or equipment failure.


film photography

  • Unpredictability Film photography carries a unique look and charm but is subject to the nature of analog equipment and film stock. Slight variations in color, grain, and exposure are normal and part of the aesthetic.
  • Risk Disclaimer In the rare case of lab error, damage, or lost film during processing, refunds will be issued up to the value of the film portion of the session, but reshoots may require additional booking fees.


turnaround time

  • Typical turnaround is 7–14 days at most, though I always strive to deliver your gallery as quickly as possible. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the package booked. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

FAQ

How many photos will I receive?

The number of images depends on your package. Each package includes a set number of edited images, plus access to all high-quality RAWs unless stated otherwise.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in Raleigh, NC and service ATL, NYC, and beyond. Yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.

How far in advance should I Book?

The earlier the better, especially for graduations, weddings, and busy seasons. Some dates book months in advance, so securing your spot early is recommended.
